Returns & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Art4Wear®. Because our products are custom-made specifically for you, our return policy differs from traditional retail stores. Please read the following carefully to understand your rights as a consumer in the European Union.

1. Custom-Made Goods (Exclusion of Right of Withdrawal)

In accordance with Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament, the statutory 14-day “right of withdrawal” (the right to return an item for any reason) does not apply to goods that are made “on-demand”.

Since every item in our store is printed only after you place your order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind (Buyer’s remorse).
  • Incorrect size selection (Please refer to our Size Guides before ordering).
  • Incorrect color or design choice.

2. Damaged or Defective Items (Legal Guarantee)

Under EU law, you are entitled to a two-year legal guarantee for faulty goods or goods that do not look or work as advertised.

If your item arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or the print is significantly different from what was ordered, we will provide a free replacement or a full refund.

How to report a defective item:

  1. Contact us via E-Mail within 30 days of delivery.
  2. Include your order number and clear photos showing the damage or the specific error.
  3. Do not send the item back to the manufacturer unless we specifically request it. In most cases, a photo is sufficient for us to process your claim.

3. Delivery Issues & Wrong Address

  • Invalid Address: If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our print partner. You will be responsible for the reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
  • Unclaimed Packages: Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our print partner. You will be liable for the cost of a reshipment.
  • Lost in Transit: For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.

4. General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR)

In compliance with EU safety standards, we ensure that our manufacturing partners meet all necessary safety requirements. Should a product safety recall occur, we will contact you immediately using the details provided at checkout.
